This cheese is a creamy of Gouda-influenced cheese. It is matured for 3 months which allows the subtle flavour to develop, and it gives the cheese a fantastic, well-rounded maturity.
Mature Farmhouse Cheddar
Handcrafted in Sommerset, clothbound and naturally matured for over 12 months. A rich, buttery cheddar, creamy medium strength with fruity tang.
Darling Blue
Mellow buttery blue cheese with notes of a savoury saltiness. Made in Northumberland and named after the world famous heroine from the Farne Islands. Made from our pasteurised cow’s milk and traditional rennet.
